The 3rd Indo-Pacific Strategic Dialogue between the United States and France took place on February 8, 2023 at the Pentagon. This strategic dialogue was an opportunity for Ely Ratner (Assistant Secretary of Defense for Indopacific Security Affairs), Celeste Wallander (Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs) and Vice Admiral Christophe Lucas (Deputy Director General of DGRIS) to discuss security issues in the Indopacific region and the various approaches that will help meet them.
