CyberCo aims to create a reliable network on a strategic level between the European Cyber Commanders, by implementing regular meetings on current subjects of common interest in the field of military cyber defense. CyberCo supports on a strategic level the network of military CERTs – MICNET.

The reinforcement of the network of European Cyber Commanders is a priority since it aims to strengthen the ability of the highest cyber defense decision-makers in the EU Member States to exchange information and to discuss on a regular basis on current subjects of cyber defence military operations.

The objective of these meetings is to improve the coordination of cyber defense decision-makers to contribute to a better response in case of a large-scale cyber incident or cross-border crisis and to make the link between the cooperation bodies of the technical levels (Mil CERT network), the strategic level and with the coordination bodies of the civilian domain (CyCLONe).
