Infographic: #ACASAN consists of 5 facilities
One out of the many key measures listed on the Military Health Service roadmap 2024-2030, the creation of the Military Health Academy that aims to bring together scientific watch, training, research and innovation in the matter of health. The purpose: foster synergy between strategic functions of the Military Health Academy, both promoting its influence while sustaining a top-level medical support to the benefit of the forces.

A leading facility focusing on scientific watch, training, research and innovation in healthcare matters.
Goals
- Bridge the gap between the fields of training, research, innovation, scientific watch and expertise while adapting to new threats.
- Promote and boost the Military Health Service’s influence at a national and international level
- Strengthen the scientific ties with both French and foreign universities and public hospitals.

Concrete actions
Creation of the Military Health Academy, led by the Val-de-Grâce school director.
As a hub of excellence and leverage for both the armed forces and the Nation, it promotes a cross-over between the following areas of expertise:
- Caregivers’ training and operational readiness
- Research and innovation in healthcare matters (strong interest in artificial intelligence)
- Scientific watch and expertise (integration of the Observatory of the soldiers and veterans’ health)
Development of a Command and Control Medical within the Academy.
