They maintain continuity of operations and activate back-up protocols, switching to backup systems. The force's satellites continue to transmit data, but the situation remains precarious. At the same time, cyber security experts are analyzing malicious code. COMCYBER identifies the origin of the attack, so countermeasures can be deployed to restore the systems and the CDE's full capacity. In a situation like this, synchronization with the COCEA and COMCYBER is crucial, and players must continue operations in a degraded environment.
